Information Collected, Used and Shared by MFLEX

Statement Regarding Children

MFLEX products and services are not designed to appeal to children under the age of 13. As such, the Sites are not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect or maintain information from children under the age of 13 on the Sites.

In the event all or a portion of MFLEX is sold or combined with another entity, your information will likely be included among the transferred business assets. Users outside the United States who submit information to MFLEX via a Site should be aware that the information they submit will be transferred to our servers located in the United States .
